Are your diamonds lab-grown or natural?
The diamond type is listed in each piece’s product details. Please check your chosen design for its diamond type, shape, color, clarity, and carat weight. If you would like help understanding the specifications or comparing options, Talk to a Specialist.
What does the + next to a gold or diamond weight mean?
The + means the stated weight may be higher. Gold weight is shown in grams, while diamond and total stone weights are shown in carats. Ring and bracelet weights can increase with size while the design and quality remain consistent.

How do I choose the right size?
For rings, start with our ring size finder app. Select Find My Ring Size beside the size options on the ring’s product page and follow the steps. If you are still unsure, order a complimentary ring sizer to measure at home before choosing your ring size.
For bracelets, request a complimentary bracelet sizer to help choose a comfortable length. Once you are confident in your fit, select your size before adding the piece to your bag.
Why does the price change with size?
Larger ring and bracelet sizes require more gold and a higher total diamond carat weight to maintain the same design, proportions, and quality. The price reflects these additional materials, ensuring every size is crafted to the same standard without compromise.
How do shipping, delivery and taxes work?
Orders ship within 4 weeks, with shipping transit time additional after dispatch. Custom pieces may take longer. We offer complimentary insured shipping within the United States only, and email tracking details when your order ships.

Can I return my order?
Eligible, non-custom items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, with complimentary return shipping in the United States. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and complete with their original packaging and documentation.
Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, special-order, and resized pieces are excluded. Please review the Return and refund policy and contact us for authorization before sending anything back.
